Welcome Dinner at Cascade Inn
Start the weekend celebrations with a cozy dinner at a classic Lake Placid establishment. David’s grandfather described the food as “good value”.

The wedding
Enjoy an easy morning hanging by the water. Free time until ceremony. Activities could include: walk through town, boat tours, learning to fish, reading on the grass. The world is yours!
Quiet nuptials on swim dock, celebratory drinks on the porch and dinner at the Camp to follow.
5 PM Ceremony
6 PM Cocktail Hour
7:30 PM Dinner
Dock Chic attire (aka men in collared shirts & slacks, women in summer dresses. there will be a photographer)

Join us for much needed coffee and brunch to close out the weekend. Maybe some surprise Bloody Marys too.

When can I arrive?
As early as Wednesday evening!
Where do I stay?
Once we have confirmed headcount, everyone traveling to LP will get assigned a room at Camp Carolina.
How long can I stay?
ETERNITY! Realistically Monday.
What should I bring?
A sweater, umbrella and bathing suit. It’s Lake Placid so weather can be unpredictable.
Should i bring a gift?
The best present is your presence! Bring us good vibes and warm weather wishes.
How shall i get there?
Most of you are familiar with the Lake Placid terrain and will be driving from the city or neighboring areas.
What are the closest airports?
SLK is a 40 min drive away and has limited flights from JFK and BOS. This is a teeny-tiny plane.
ALB, BTV, and YUL are all about a 3 hour drive away.
Can I Coordinate Travel with others?
